Welcome to OT Time! Our goal is to meet the needs of children and families who have been impacted by developmental and physical disabilities while attempting to minimize the barriers associated with accessing traditional occupational therapy services.

OT Time LLC
We are an in-home early intervention (birth to 3 years) provider for the San Diego area and also have a virtual clinic for children birth to 12 years old who live throughout the state of California.
Individualized Support
Each child is unique and deserves a program tailored to their specific needs. We also provide support and resources for parents because we understand that the entire family is often impacted by having a child with a disability.

No Road Blocks
Many children end up on long wait lists, are delayed (or denied) services due to insurance authorization, don’t have access to an occupational therapist in their area, or don’t have access to health insurance. That’s why we offer private pay telehealth services! Because we are a private pay company, you won’t need to wait for insurance authorization in order to begin your services and you won’t need to drive for miles on end to get to your therapist.
*You may be able to pay for occupational therapy services using HSA/ health care FSA funds- check with your HSA/ FSA provider for details.
